Jeremy Quinn

Jeremy is the CEO and co-founder of the Laneway Companies. His career has spanned two decades across multiple continents, including Australia and the US.

He is currently responsible for strategy development as well as overseeing the investment and development side of the organization.

After 5 years with Jones Lang LaSalle in Melbourne Australia, working with clients such as Lend Lease and Ernst & Young, Jeremy relocated to the US in 2011, working with Amasia Group to undertake preliminary market research on the US market on behalf of the Drapac Group.

After facilitating the Drapac Group’s entry in the US, Jeremy joined the Drapac Group full time in 2012 and was responsible for their real estate acquisitions, whilst also managing their operations in the South-Eastern US.

In 2014, Jeremy left the Drapac Group to rejoin Amasia Group, working with clients including The Carlyle Group, assisting them with their development acquisitions and research in the greater NY-area. Jeremy has since continued to guide and facilitate off-shore developers and investors into the US, creating a strategic plan based on client mandates and then executing this strategy. Jeremy recently managed the Caydon Group’s US expansion, including market selection, site sourcing and acquisitions, development management and capital raising.

Jeremy completed both a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Property at the University of Melbourne, before going on to complete his Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) accreditation in New York. Jeremy is also the Co-Chairman of the University of Melbourne’s New York alumni community.

Thuyha Pham

Thuyha is the co-founder of the Laneway Companies and is responsible for strategy and business development. Thuyha has an extensive background across the real estate spectrum, with a vast network of influential developers and brokers across the US and throughout Europe, Asia and Australia.  She recently grew the Amasia Group into a highly respected boutique real estate consultant and advisory group, working with local US investors and developers as well as advising off-shore groups operating in the US.

After managing a successful real estate multifamily management business in New York, Thuyha moved to Vietnam to represent VinaCapital, Vietnam’s largest institutional real estate group in their international fund raising efforts.

Thuyha returned to the US in 2010 to develop the Amasia business. She was instrumental in identifying and developing the Drapac relationship and ultimately assisting them in their initial research into the US market, leveraging her relationships throughout the greater US to deliver a successful outcome.

Thuyha has also been instrumental in cultivating and developing a relationship with The Carlyle Group and continues to provide advice to clients across the whole real estate spectrum, from buyers to sellers, developers to brokers.

Thuyha graduated from Pace University in NY with a degree in marketing.
