This 28 level condominium (for sale) project is set to capitalize on a supply-demand imbalance in new condominium projects, with 90%+ of all new residential projects built in Seattle since 2008 consisting of multifamily apartments.
Laneway Development’s Role:
Having identified Seattle as a target market that suited the client’s development and investment objectives, Laneway’s operatives were solely responsible for sourcing the opportunity, including negotiating the acquisition and development terms with the seller.
Laneway subsequently managed the identification and appointment of core consultants and commenced the early design process in anticipation of securing a development permit.
